ThreadCraftCo is a small, independently owned business specializing in handmade and custom products. Each order is created with care and may contain slight variations due to the handmade nature of our products.

Custom & Handmade Products

All custom orders are made specifically for the customer. Because of this, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to changes of mind, incorrect selections, or dissatisfaction with a custom design that was approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order information, including names, spelling, sizes, colors, designs, and other customization details before submitting an order.

Product Appearance

Colors, glitter, patterns, images, and other design elements may appear slightly different in person than they do on a screen. Small imperfections may occur with handmade products and are not considered defects.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, ThreadCraftCo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact USPS directly to file a claim. Please keep the original packaging and all shipping materials for the claim.

Intellectual Property

All photos, graphics, logos, product designs, descriptions, website content, and other original materials belonging to ThreadCraftCo are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Order Acceptance

ThreadCraftCo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in situations involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable materials, or circumstances beyond our control.

Policy Changes

ThreadCraftCo reserves the right to update or modify its policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
