At ThreadCraftCo, all items are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged Packages

ThreadCraftCo is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or mishandled during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged package and the item as soon as you receive it. You will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim regarding damage that occurred during transit.

We recommend keeping all original packaging and shipping materials until your claim has been resolved.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact ThreadCraftCo within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and determine the best way to assist you.
