ThreadCraftCo offers handmade and custom-designed products. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, placement, glitter, patterns, and other design details may occur. These variations are a normal part of handmade products and are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including names, spelling, sizes, colors, designs, and other customization details.

Once a custom order has been submitted and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

ThreadCraftCo is not responsible for mistakes resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Payments

Full payment is required before an order will be processed or production begins. By submitting an order, you authorize ThreadCraftCo to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, pricing, availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or buyer’s remorse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

ThreadCraftCo will ship orders using the shipping method selected or available at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, ThreadCraftCo is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If a package arrives damaged, customers should take photographs of the package and item and contact USPS directly to file a claim. Customers should keep all original packaging and shipping materials for the claim.

6. Order Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, customization, and availability of materials.

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for both processing and shipping.

7. Cancellations

Because many products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has entered production.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact ThreadCraftCo as soon as possible. Cancellation approval is at the discretion of ThreadCraftCo.

8. Intellectual Property

All content belonging to ThreadCraftCo, including but not limited to logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, written content, website materials, and original artwork, is the property of ThreadCraftCo unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other content to ThreadCraftCo, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

By voluntarily submitting content for promotional purposes, you grant ThreadCraftCo permission to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
