Production Time Because every item in our store is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and package your item. Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Time Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & International: 7–21 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Window
- United States: 6–14 business days total
- International: 10–28 business days total
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Carriers Orders are fulfilled via Printify's network of print providers. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and item ordered.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. ThreadCraftCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at alexanherbert06@gmail.com and we'll investigate with Printify.
